The unfortunate events in Sulawesi yesterday (28th of September) have already cost the lives of many in Indonesia. The earthquake was of a magnitude of 7.5 and was the unfortunate cause of a devastating tsunami. The need for psychological help in this area is highly necessary: A study covering the psychological aftermath of the 2004 tsunami in Indonesia showed that even 2 years after the event, people who hadn't even encountered the wave directly still had the risk of being diagnosed with PTSD by the mere sound of destruction the wave made.
