Our introductory conference was a great success; with a turn-up of more than 200 people. In this conference, not only was our psychological work highlighted, but also our program and aim as partners with well-being for all. The theme of the conference was MSI: 'MSI+VB: A new technique for the betterment of human capital in Africa'. The main aim of this partnership is in essence helping African human capital in a qualitative way. Displaced Human capital in Africa is a great source of concern for African countries; but it is important to realize that this concern is multi-faceted. Even if quantitatively, human capital is returned to the country, they may be scarred by previous occurences and their voyage which may turn active human capital into a burden. Alleviating this human capital through our psychological support is essential to make people once again contributing actors to society.
